If you have psoriasis or another disease that can come and go with ‘flare ups’, then you probably understand that psoriasis isn’t just a constant thing: sometimes it lessens, sometimes it worsens.
If you have psoriasis, my question for you is this: What are some triggers you’ve personally found for your psoriasis? Are there certain chemicals or activities you find make it flare up more often?
Hopefully we can find you some help from someone on here. I don’t know much about psoriasis but I have one friend who suffers from it and he swears that stress and alcohol is a big factor in his flare-ups!
